Outdoor Sign Letters Vancouver

If you are considering your alternatives for an exterior business sign, there are 3 different classes of signs you need to consider.

A digitally printed or cut vinyl sign typically mounted to some type of wood or composite material is one option. At the other end of the price spectrum are illuminated signs. These can be very effective but may put a little more strain on limited budgets.
Three dimensional lettering offers a third alternative that makes for affordable and attractive business signage. These are typically made from a metal such as aluminum and may be 1/4 inch or more in thickness. By using a thicker material and setting it away from the building using standoffs, a sense of depth can be created as is illustrated in the picture above.
Dimensional lettering is mounted either by drilling into the surface and inserting pins or by using pads which are then adhered to the surface using silicone. The picture below shows a dimensional letter with pads on the back.
When combined with LED's a spectacular sign can be created. A hybrid of illuminated and backlit signs, a "halo sign" produces a very sophisticated look. If you are looking for something a little different than a standard backlit sign this use of dimensional lettering can be a great alternative.
