I've written before about the importance of the impression a lobby sign makes on your clients. If it doesn't present the correct image your clients may think that your company isn't up to snuff.
Your lobby sign should fit your firm's personality. If brushed aluminum is your thing, great however if you'd like something a little different a good sign company can provide lots of options.
The sign to the left can be made either from brushed aluminum or an acrylic with a brushed aluminum finish.
The acrylic letters are far less expensive and only you will know they are not solid aluminum. In this case the are on stand offs so that the ambient light provides shading that provides an additional 3 dimensional effect.
When considering a lobby sign there are 3 major choices you need to make:
- Flush mount vs. stand off mount
- Natural finish vs painted
- Thickness

A second option for lobby signs are glass signs. These are typically made from glass or acrylic and are mounted to the wall using decorative standoffs.
The possibilities are endless for this type of signage. Make sure you consider the location. If the wall behind your sign is light in colour and you use like coloured graphics the outcome may not have the outcome your planned.
If you are looking for a lobby sign that sets the tone for your clients give us a call to discuss your options.
